Who controls the data

AgentHub operates ai-agents-hub.online. For privacy questions, contact privacy@ai-agents-hub.online. The operator should replace this notice with its full legal name and postal address before launch.

What we collect

If you subscribe, we collect your email address, the time of subscription, the version of the newsletter consent you accepted, and unsubscribe status. We use this data only to operate the AgentHub digest and unsubscribe flow.

The website also receives ordinary technical request data such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamps in infrastructure logs for security and reliable operation.

Purposes and legal bases

Newsletter emails are sent only after a separate, unticked opt-in. The legal basis is consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Security, abuse prevention, and keeping the service available are handled on the basis of legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations.

Email delivery

We use Resend as an email delivery provider. It processes subscriber data on our behalf to deliver messages. The operator must review and keep the applicable data-processing agreement and transfer safeguards with the provider up to date.

Retention and your rights

Active subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that an address is not accidentally re-added without a new opt-in. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable by emailing us.
